You may have a question that we are frequently asked; and you may find an answer here. We do, however, request that you contact us with all of your questions, as this is how we can provide to you the most accurate response for your individual circumstance.
No, we are not a licensed real estate agent. We do have the ability to help anyone who contacts us, regardless of your situation. However, if it's a profit you're looking to make, a licensed real estate agent is typically the best solution.
We "fix and sell" or "fix and hold" with CASH. If we use cash, we will expect a significant discount. This could result in a much faster closing.
If you want more than we can pay in cash, we are open to creative and legal means to move forward. WE CAN HELP WITH THAT!
That is perfect! We want to speak with you.
